App shows an empty menu and no text constants after login

Symptom

Login is successful, but user gets an empty menu and no text constants are available (like for the log-out question).

Cause

Anveo Delta Server is not installed.

Solution

Run Anveo Delta Server installation procedure described in installation documentation.
