ANVEDI Additional Information

This table is used to store data, where the module has no matching fields in the buffer structures. The additional information table can be used to store any structured data that belongs to an EDI Document or to table EDI Document Line.

The table name has changed in version 5.00 of the module. The tables was previously named EDI Additional Information.

Fields

Document Type

This field is part of the foreign key to table EDI Document.

Document No.

This field is part of the foreign key to table EDI Document.

Document Version No.

This field is part of the foreign key to table EDI Document.

Document Line No.

This field is part of the foreign key to table EDI Document Line.

Code

This field is part of the primary key. The code can be set in any way you like. The length of this field is 20 characters.

Line No.

This field is part of the primary key. You can leave this value at zero in most cases.

Entry No.

This field is part of the primary key. You do not have to set this value manually.

Parent Entry No.

Can be used to group entries together.

Description

A description of the information, shown to the user.

Value

This field can be used in any way. This is a Text field of length 250. The value to be stored.

Integer Value

This field can be used in any way. This is a Integer field. A typed value field. The value will be filled with a text representation of this field automatically.

Decimal Value

This field can be used in any way. This is a Decimal field. A typed value field. The value will be filled with a text representation of this field automatically.

Date Value

This field can be used in any way. This is a Date field. A typed value field. The value will be filled with a text representation of this field automatically.

Date/Time Value

This field can be used in any way. This is a DateTime field. A typed value field. The value will be filled with a text representation of this field automatically.

Blob Value

This field can be used in any way. This is a BLOB field. A typed value field. The value will be filled with a text representation of this field automatically.
