Activation/Deactivation

On the Anveo User page, select the value “Debug” in the “Anveo User Protocol” field.

Retrieving Logs

On the Anveo Mobile App Setup page, use the action “Log” and the sub-option “Get Log.” A page with all logs will then open. The file name consists of a timestamp and the username. Here, the log can be selected and downloaded.

What is Logged?

The processing of data during synchronization with Dynamics. This includes additional information about processing errors encountered by the user in Dynamics and error messages from the App Events.

Logs should only be activated temporarily, as the additional logging can severely impact performance. Generated logs should be deleted when they are no longer needed for analysis.
