Retrieving Logs

On the Anveo Mobile App Setup page, use the action “Log” and the sub-option “Get Log”. A page with all logs will then open. The file name consists of a timestamp and the username. Here, the log can be selected and downloaded.

What is Logged?

Everything that happens in the Anveo Mobile App in Dynamics outside the Anveo user context. This communication occurs, for example, during the replication of users and shows why replications may fail.

Logs should only be activated temporarily, as the additional logging can severely impact performance. Generated logs should be deleted when they are no longer needed for analysis.
