Adding Checklists to Dynamics in Anveo Legacy Version

To add the checklist module to you Anveo Legacy you need the checklist objects and an XML file to receive the checklist data. To receive the objects please contact our support team.

When you have the objects ready please follow the steps below:

  1. Import file NAVObjects
    • use .fob file if the Dynamics NAV Version is 2017 or newer
    • use .txt file if the Dynamics NAV version is below 2017
  2. Import file Setup
    • use .fob file if the Dynamics NAV Version is 2017 or newer
    • use .txt file if the Dynamics NAV version is below 2017
  3. Add the code from the file App Events Code to the ACF App Events codeunit
  4. Create a number series for checklists in Dynamics NAV
  5. Assign the number series created in the Setup Page imported previously
  6. Import the XML-file “CHKL_Export” using the action Import Anveo Data from the Anveo Setup page
  7. Assign the synchronization package “CHKL” to the Anveo Users
