Description

The description of the checklist template. This is used as the title of the Anveo Page in the Anveo Mobile App.

Type

Here you have the choice between checklist and wizard. The difference between the two becomes apparent when filling out a checklist template on the app.

Checklists will directly show the checks defined in the checklist template lines.

For wizards, the first page shows a list with the groups defined in the checklist template lines. This page also gives you an overview about the status of the checklist lines assigned to that group. You also receive an information how many fields and required fields have already been filled. By selecting a group you can open the checklist for editing.

Link with document

Specifies whether the checklist must be linked to a specific document in order to be filled out. If this field is checked the corresponing table must be specified in the Linked Table Caption field.

Linked Table Caption

Specifies the table the completed checklist should be linked to. You have the possibility to use the Edit Filter for Linked Table option to only make the checklist available for a certain subset of records of this table.

Allow App Creation

Specifies whether the checklist template will be available on the Anveo Mobile App. If this option is unchecked you cannot create a checklist from a template and will only be able to fill out checklists on the Anveo Mobile App. These checklists will then need to be created upfront in Dynamics.

Status

Displays the current status of the checklist template. “Active” and “Archived” checklist templates cannot be modified. You won’t be able to create checklists from checklist templates with the status “Open” and “Archived“.

Creation Date

Displays the date the checklist template was created. Not editable.

Last Change Date
