Service Level Agreement
Anveo offers various service packages for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users and Anveo Partners to support product launches and support. These can be found in the respective price lists, which can be requested at [email protected] or +49 (0)40 211 078 100. Anveo focuses on training Anveo partners, who primarily provide first-level support for Microsoft Dynamics users. Second level support and training are available at the above contact details. The response time for inquiries is usually 24 hours on official working days (Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays) in Germany. The support teams can be reached between 9 am and 5 pm CET/CEST. A solution time cannot be guaranteed. Requests for larger services such as training or implementation require prior, binding scheduling.
