Data Setup
This tab contains the setup of checklist template lines of type data.
Data Type
Thew following Data Types can be selected:
- Boolean
- Code
- Date
- DateTime
- Decimal
- Integer
- Radio: activates the tab Anveo Checklist Template Select to be able to setup option values. Only one option can be selected.
- Selection: activates the tab Anveo Checklist Template Select to be able to setup option values. Multiple options can be selected.
- Text
- TextArea: text with line breaks
- Picture
- Signature
- Lookup: activates the tab Lookup Field Setup to be able to setup a lookup. The lookup will display records from the defined table. These records are selectable to fill out the checklist template line..
- MediaSet: can contain multiple pictures
Required Field
Required fields are checked when completing a checklist. It is not possible to complete the checklist until all required fields are filled.
Allow Zero Value
Allows the value 0 as a valid response for a required field.
Synchronize with Field Name
The value of this checkliste template line will be synchronized with the field defined in this field. When filling out the checklist, the value defaults to that of the selected field, and upon completing the checklist, the current value of the checklist line will be transferred to the field. Only fields of the Linked table defined in the Checklist Template can be selected here.
Use Comments
Allows the user to add comments to the response of the checklist line.
Show Limits
Allows setting limits between which the response must fall. This is done in the Limit Values tab.
Use Anveo Function
Allows setting up an Anveo function that runs when the checklist lines is filled on the app. Conditions and function codes are set up in the Anveo Function Setup tab.
Use BC Function
Allows setting up a BC function that runs after the function is completed in BC. Conditions and function codes are set up in the BC Function Setup tab.
Default Value
Default value automatically set as a response once the checklist is filled out.
